Refund & Returns Policy
Every bouquet is prepared on the day of delivery to ensure peak condition. With proper care, most flowers will flourish for three to seven days. More delicate blooms may naturally have a shorter lifespan, while sturdier varieties may last longer.
If your flowers arrive damaged or noticeably below our quality standards, we will arrange a replacement bouquet at no extra charge or issue a refund in full. If flowers perish within 24 hours of delivery, despite following the care guidelines provided, please contact us so we can evaluate and resolve the matter. Concerns raised beyond 48 hours from delivery may not qualify for a refund or replacement, as flower care and environment significantly affect longevity.
To ensure a fair assessment: we kindly ask that you provide photographs of the bouquet as soon as an issue is noticed. These images help us determine the best course of action and maintain the integrity of our service.
Refunds and replacements cannot be offered if:
Flowers were not cared for according to the provided guidelines (e.g., left without water or exposed to extreme temperatures).
The request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.
The order was customized with rare or specially imported flowers that were sourced exclusively for you (unless proven faulty on arrival).
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider and may take up to 10 business days to appear.
